The SPICED APPLE MULE is a very limited winter release that leans into the warming, mulled flavours of the season, whilst staying true to the fresh, fizzy fun that IHDC is known for! 

Hitting shelves at independent bottle shops all over Perth this week, it’s the perfect COUCH COCKTAIL for when you can’t be bothered facing the elements.

Our crack team of bartending brains have mixed up a delicious new flavour, inspired by classics like a Dark’n’Stormy and Moscow Mule.

Taste wise, we’re talking a big hug from a homemade apple crumble - there’s a little bit of sweet with a little spiced ginger heat.

The Spiced Apple Mule combines:

• Bungalow Spiced Gold bringing mulling spices and bold caramel rum notes

• Licor 43 giving smooth vanilla backbone

• Warming ginger and tingly cinnamon spice

• Crisp green apple and cold-pressed lemon juice for balance
  

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve in a big wine glass filled with ice and garnish with a cinnamon quill or sliced of Granny Smith apple.
